Here's how to complete the application and next steps to join the Seton Catholic Prep family!

Are you transferring in? Please contact our Admissions office at [email protected] or at 480-963-1900 ex. 1011 before completing the application.

 

Applications for the 2027-2028 school year open on November 2, 2026. 

 

How to Apply:

  • Click Create Account.
  • Click the Dashboard icon in the top right corner.
  • Under New Forms, select Application 2027-28.
  • Complete all fields carefully - please double check that you student's name and details are accurate before submitting.

Next Steps

Teacher Recommendations

  • Three recommendations are required for all applicants:
    • Principal/Counselor
    • English Teacher
    • Math Teacher
  • Optional Science Recommendation: Only for incoming 9th grade students interested in taking Honors Biology. 
  • Once the application is submitted, email the provided link to each teacher for completion. 
 
 
Homeschool Recommendation Guidelines:
  • English and Math: A parent may complete these forms if they serve as the primary teacher.
  • Additional Recommendation (Required): Include one additional recommendation from a non-family adult (for example - tutor, coach, pastor) who can speak to the applicant's academic or extracurricular strengths.
  • Optional Science Recommendation: Required only for incoming 9th grade students interested in taking Honors Biology. 
  • Once the application is submitted, email the provided link to each teacher for completion.

Transcript Release

Submit the Transcript Release Form to the registrar at your student's current school. Registrars will send transcripts after quarter, trimester, or semester grades are posted.
 
Homeschool Students:
  • Report Cards: Submit report cards for 7th grade and first semester 8th grade (letter or numeric grades are are accepted).
  • Submit grades for any classes taken through outside institutions or online programs.
  • Standardized Testing: Provide state or standardized testing results from 6th through 8th grades (if available).

High School Placement Test (HSPT)

Incoming Freshmen only 
 
All details about the test, including registration, extended time options, and content can be found on the High School Placement Test Information Page.

Schedule Your Interview

Your student is more than a test score. Let us get to know them!
 
  • Platform: All interviews are conducted online via Google Meet.
  • Transfer Students: At least one parent or guardian must be present for the interview.
  • ARC Applicants: Please select the "ARC Interview" option when booking your time slot.
