How to Apply
Here's how to complete the application and next steps to join the Seton Catholic Prep family!
Are you transferring in? Please contact our Admissions office at [email protected] or at 480-963-1900 ex. 2122 before completing the application.
- Click Create Account
- Click on the Dashboard icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Under 'New Forms' select Application 2026-27
- Please ensure all information in the application, including your student's name, is accurate.
- Please Note: Application fee is non-refundable

Teacher Recommendations
- Three recommendations are required for all students
- Recommendations needed from Principal/Counselor, English Teacher, and Math Teacher

- Recommendations are submitted through SchoolRecs portal
Homeschool Students- English and Math Recommendations: A parent may complete these forms if serving as the primary teacher
- Additional Recommendation (Required): Please include at least one additional letter of recommendation from an adult (other than the homeschool teacher) who can speak to the applicant's academic or extracurricular strengths
- Science Recommendation (Optional): If applying for Honors Biology, a parent/teacher should complete the Science recommendation form
Transcript Release
Once Transcript Release Form is submitted, registrars will send transcripts after quarter, trimester, or semester grades are posted
Homeschool Students:
- Submit report cards for 7th grade and first semester 8th grade (alphabetic or numeric is acceptable)
- Submit grades for any classes taken through other academic institutions
- Provide state testing results from 6th through 8th grades, if available
High School Placement Test (HSPT)
Incoming Freshmen only (Class of 2030)

- The test includes an essay portion
Schedule Your Interview
Your student is more than a test score. Let us get to know them!
- Schedule through PowerSchool account
- Conducted through Google Meet
- Transfer Students: At least one parent must be present for the interview
- ARC Applicants: Select "ARC Interview" when scheduling
