How to Apply
Seton Catholic Preparatory welcomes the opportunity to review the unique profile offered by homeschooled applicants. Application opens November 1, 2023.
The adult(s) responsible for the homeschooling of the applicant should submit the following documentation to assist the Admissions Committee in their review:
Transcripts: Please submit report cards for 6th, 7th, and first semester of 8th grade. Grades may be in alphabetic or numeric form. Also, include grades for any classes being taken at any other academic institutions. Submit all state testing scores from 6th through 8th grades. Transfer Students: please submit the last two years of your student's grades along with standardized test scores (if applicable).
English and Math Teacher Recommendations: It is appropriate for the parent to complete the recommendation form if he/she is the teacher.
Required: Please submit at least one additional letter of recommendation from an adult (other than the homeschool teacher) who have knowledge of the applicant’s academic and/or extra-curricular abilities.
Science Recommendation: (Optional) If student is seeking to take Honors Biology the Science recommendation must be completed.
