New Student Registration
Registration Steps for 2024-25 (New Students Only)
These instructions are for newly admitted students only for the 2024-25 school year!
Registration must be completed by March 2, 2024.
Once you receive your acceptance email please complete the following steps: Click here to download a checklist with registration steps.
1. Log in to PowerSchool Enrollment parent portal. Complete the registration within two weeks after acceptance email. Use the snapcode provided in the email you received. This verifies you are registering the correct student. Click here for a step by step tutorial.
2. Set up your FACTS account. Click on the link and create a new account using the FACTS family ID provided in the Registration email. The early registration fee is $450 and will be charged to your FACTS account.
Current Seton families: Do not need to create a new account. Our Finance Department will add your new student to your current account.
3. Submit your Course Selection Worksheet (Incoming freshmen only). Download the form here. Email the form to [email protected] after you have completed step #1 along with any questions you may have.
- Transfer Students: Please review the Program of Studies (see pages 12-19). A counselor will reach out to schedule an appointment to evaluate the student's completed coursework and plan next year's schedule.
- Student’s Birth Certificate - copy
- Complete Immunization Records - copy *Required vaccine prior to first day of school: MCV4 (Meningococcal)
- Home Language Survey - copy *District Student ID and SSID are completed by the Admissions Office
- AZ Public School Enrollment Verification form - ONLY for Public school students. Must be completed by the school registrar. - copy
- Maricopa County Private School Affidavit of Intent (PSA). The PSA form needs to be notarized- ORIGINAL
5. Registration Appointments (optional) - Saturday, March 2, 2024. Need assistance with Registration, have questions for the Guidance Counselor regarding course selection, or FACTS Account Set up process, sign up here. The in-person appointments are approximately 15 to 20 minutes. This is the only opportunity to meet with a Guidance Counselor regarding course selection. *If you complete all the steps on the checklist then you do NOT need to sign up for an appointment.
6. Tuition and Affordability. See our page here for ways to afford a Seton Catholic education. In person meetings with our Finance Department are available. Sign up here.
7. Technology Checklist.
- We have a 1:1 policy for a school-issued device. At the beginning of the school year, all new incoming students will receive a Chromebook device, a protective case, and a charger to use for the duration of their studies at Seton.
- You will receive an email from Seton IT regarding picking up your student's laptop.
- IT will host a Tech Night. This is where the parent and student will learn how to access all the technology features Seton offers. More information coming soon. For questions, contact [email protected]
