  • Please ensure all information in the application, including your student's name, is accurate.
 
The deadline is April 24, 2026 which allows time for the I-20 to be issued and the visa appointment to be scheduled.

  • All teacher recommendations must be submitted in English through the SchoolRecs portal
  • Recommendations needed from Principal/Counselor, English Teacher, and Math Teacher

Test Scores

Students must submit scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) as part of admission. Email the most recent test scores to [email protected].
 
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  • Minimum score of 80 iBT TOEFL with no section lower than 17; minimum score of 550 on paper-based exam
  • The Educational Testing Service (ETS) is the organization that administers the TOEFL test.
  • For more information and questions, please contact the TOEFL organization directly.
  • If the student is comfortable with the English language, the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) is available.

  • Minimum overall score of 6.0 on the IELTS Academic

Interview

An interview is required for admission and is conducted through Zoom or Google Meet. An Admissions representative will contact you to schedule.

Seton Catholic Preparatory is a day school, so international students live with local host families during their time here. Families may arrange housing directly or with a placement agency. Please note that on-campus housing is not available.
 

i20 & Student Visa

  • I-20: Once the student receives the admission decision and accepts the offer of admission, the I-20 will be issued (takes approximately 4 weeks).
  • Student Visa: Each family is responsible for checking with the Consulate regarding this.
 

Tuition and Fees

  • Tuition for the 2025-26 school year is $19,500 with a $1,000 non-refundable registration fee
    • Discounts, scholarships, and credits are not available
  • The tuition does not include uniforms, books, and other incidental fees.
  • International students and their families are responsible for arranging their own healthcare coverage.
