New Student Registration


 2024-2025 School Year

 These instructions are for newly admitted students only.
 Once you receive your acceptance email, please complete the following steps.

  • Log into PowerSchool Enrollment parent portal. (Must be completed within two weeks of receiving acceptance email.)
  • Use the snapcode provided in the email you received.
  • Click here for a step by step tutorial.

  • For new families only: Click on the link and create a new account. Use the family ID provided in the Registration email. (If you have a FACTS account at another school, you must create an account with Seton.)
  • Current Seton families: Do not need to create a new account. The Finance Department will add your new student to your current account.
  • The registration fee is $500 (non-refundable).

  • Incoming freshmen only: Download the form here. Email the form to [email protected] along with any questions. 
  • Students required to take Summer School per their decision letter: click here for more information.
  • Transfer Students: Please review the Program of Studies (see pages 12-19). A counselor will reach out to schedule an appointment to evaluate the student's completed coursework and plan next year's schedule.


Due one week from acceptance:

  • Email or drop off the following documents to the Admissions Office ([email protected]):
    • Student’s Birth Certificate - copy
    • Complete Immunization Records - copy (Required vaccine prior to first day of school: MCV4 - Meningococcal).
    • Home Language Survey - copy (District Student ID and SSID are completed by the Admissions Office).
    • AZ Public School Enrollment Verification form - ONLY for public school students. Must be completed by the school registrar - copy.
  • We have a 1:1 policy for a school-issued device. All new students will receive a Chromebook device, a protective case, and a charger to use for the duration of their studies at Seton. 
  • You will receive an email from Seton IT regarding picking up your student's laptop.
  • IT will host a Tech Night where the parent and student will learn how to access all technology features. More information coming soon. For questions, contact [email protected].
