New Student Registration

Now that you have been accepted, here are the steps that need to be completed two weeks after acceptance.

This is for NEWLY admitted students only. If you have a current student and are looking to complete Re-Enrollment for the upcoming school year, that can be found on PowerSchool.

1. Complete the Online Registration Contract

2. Set up your FACTS account

NEW families:

Create a new account on FACTS using the family ID provided in the Registration email. (Even if you have a FACTS account at another school, you must create an account with Seton.)

To complete FACTS set up

Choose payment Plan
Add a form of payment
Non-refundable $500 Registration Fee will be charged to your FACTS account within one week of set up

Current Families

(Current families or those within the last 4 years)

The Finance Department will add your new student to your existing FACTS account
Non-refundable $500 Registration Fee will be charged to your account

Additional Information

Parish Verification form is not required, the information is indicated on the online Registration Form

3. Course Selection Worksheet

Complete the Course Selection Worksheet here.
- Email the completed form to [email protected].
- If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
- Students required to take Summer School per their decision letter: click here for more information.

If you are a Transfer Student (grades 10 or 11): Please review the Program of Studies (see pages 12-19). A counselor will reach out to schedule an appointment to evaluate the student's completed coursework and plan next year's schedule.

4. Turn in Required Documents

These forms can be Emailed, mailed or dropped off to the Admissions Office ([email protected]):

- Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of complete Immunization Records (Required vaccine prior to first day of school: MCV4 - Meningococcal).
- Home Language Survey (District Student ID and SSID are completed by the Admissions Office).
- AZ Public School Enrollment Verification form - ONLY for public school students. Must be completed by the school registrar.

This form must be mailed or turned in to the Admissions Office, it cannot be emailed-

- Maricopa County Private School Affidavit of Intent (PSA). The PSA form needs to be the original notarized form - no copies

New Family Welcome

Parents hear from school leadership and browse booths of helpful information while students meet with their future classmates, play games, and get sorted into their House. Dinner is provided!
