  1. Parking is limited on the high school campus due to ongoing construction. You’ll enter through the south gates (closest to the Ray and Dobson crossroads), drive straight down the drive and you’ll see the football stadium.
  2. Visiting team locker rooms are located in the gymnasium. A member of our staff should be at the field to meet you and walk you over.
  3. The athletic training room is located on the main campus. All necessary equipment will be on the sideline with the athletic trainer.

Hydration/Injury Ice:

  1. Four 10-gallon coolers of water will be available on your sideline.
  2. Please bring your own cups or bottles.
  3. The sports medicine students will check the water at halftime and assist you in refilling if needed.
  4. Injury ice will also be provided on your sideline prior to the start of the game.

Medical Staff:

  1. For the JV games there will be one certified Athletic Trainer present to take care of any of your athletes’ injuries. If something occurs, I will communicate with you after the game.
    1. Please send your JV team already taped for competition.
    2. Make sure to send them appropriate first aid supplies, and taping supplies.
    3. Remind your coaches to travel with the athletes’ emergency contact information.
  2. During Varsity games our Athletic Training staff will be available to assist you, if needed.
    1. Team physician or PA will be on our home sideline for most Varsity home games
  3. ATC will have AED, crutches, vacuum splints, and other emergency supplies on the home sideline.

Weather Monitoring:

  1. If it is above 85 degrees WBGT readings will be done one hour prior to kick off to ensure that it is safe to begin warm-ups with all equipment on. This will be communicated to both teams’ staff.
  2. Lightning/storms will be tracked using the WeatherBug and My Lightning Tracker apps. Any weather-related issues will be communicated immediately to the referees and the school’s game day staff in the event of a required evacuation.
    1. Athletes and coaches will be directed to their locker rooms during weather delays.
    2. Spectators will be asked to stay in their vehicles or go to the cafeteria or gym if available.
