Senior Tribute

Every senior at Seton receives a complimentary, half-page senior tribute in The Sentinel, our yearbook. Follow these instructions by October 1 to ensure your senior is commemorated.

 

Senior Tribute - Due October 1

1. Choose one of these layout options (3 pictures total):

Option A: Two vertical photographs, 75 - 165 word entry, and a vertical senior portrait.  

 

Option B: Two horizontal photographs, 75 -165 word entry, and a vertical senior portrait.

 

**Ensure that all digital and scanned photos are 300 dpi (resolution) or greater and are saved as .jpeg files. No PDF files allowed.

2. Gather 3 digital photos. 

The dominant photo should be a vertical portrait of your student as a senior. The smaller pictures may be family photos, more pictures of your senior, or pictures of the student as a young child or baby. You may submit pictures you took yourself or pictures you have rights to reproduce from a photographer.

3.  Write a message.  

100-165 words.  

4. Submit materials.

In an email, send the option, photos, and message to [email protected]. Include your son or daughter's name and the words "senior tribute" in the subject.

*Layout specifics, such as font styles, graphic elements, or placement of the pictures on the left or right side, might vary depending upon staff design choices.

*The Sentinel staff reserves the right to allocate pictures of students who do not submit content by the deadline. If you want to select what is depicted, be sure to submit content by October 1.

*Seton reserves the right to edit pictures submitted if they do not comply with student handbook policies. We will make an attempt to contact you if changes to pictures are needed. Ensure contact information is accurate.
