Student Locker Request

The locker use fee is $10.00 for the 2023-2024 academic year and will be assessed to the student's FACTS tuition account in August.  If the student properly completes the locker checkout procedure at the end of the school year, the student will receive a $10.00 gift card upon checkout. Freshman and transfer students will be automatically assigned a locker at no cost for their first year at Seton and do not need to complete a request form.

The use of lockers on campus is a privilege and not a right. When requesting the use of a campus locker the following rules must be followed:

Students must submit a student locker request agreement. Once the agreement is submitted you will receive an email informing you that your locker number and the combination can be found on Power School.

For the safety and security of all students, locks must be LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. Lockers found unlocked or without a lock will be subject to the loss of locker privileges.

Students are not to change lockers or locks without permission and students should not give their lock combinations to anyone.

The outside of all lockers must be completely free of decorations, signage, etc.

Seton Catholic Preparatory is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property in a student’s locker.

Lockers must be free of any perishable items at the end of each school day.

All lockers must be completely cleaned out and lock returned to the Office of the Dean of Students no later than May 5th (12th Grade) and May 19th (9th - 11th Grade).

Lockers are the property of Seton Catholic Preparatory and can be opened at the discretion of an administrator at any time.
