NOTE:
All guest passes MUST be completed and returned to the Dean of Students two weeks (ten school days) prior to the dance/event
Turning in the completed form does NOT guarantee approval.
Lockers
Locker Request Form
Freshman and transfer students will be automatically assigned a locker at no cost for their first year at Seton-no form required
$100 Locker fee per school year (sophomore through senior)
If locker check out is completed (emailed in May), the student will receive a $10 giftcard

Parking Permits
Students who wish to park on campus must complete the
Parking Permit Request and Agreement Form
.
Cost of permit: $50 per school year, billed through FACTS.
