Download the Seton Guest Pass below for any school event were you want to bring a guest.
NOTE: All guest passes MUST be completed and returned to the Dean of Students two weeks (ten school days) prior to the dance/event or by the date below. If guest passes are not completed properly and turned in they will not be accepted for consideration for approval. Turning in the completed form does NOT guarantee approval.
