At Seton Catholic Preparatory High School, the spiritual and religious formation of each student is of great importance.  Prayer is an integral part of the life of the school.  As a school community we pray our afternoon prayer together and in all classes, school functions and sports events begin with prayer.  The chapel is always open as a place of quiet reflection and for personal prayer.

MASS  Students are provided the opportunity to attend daily Mass in the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Chapel, celebrated at 7:30am, Monday through Friday during the school year.  Once each month, an all-school liturgy is celebrated.  Parents are welcome to attend all liturgical celebrations.

RECONCILIATION  During Lent and Advent, an all-school reconciliation service is held to provide the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  Students also have the opportunity for Reconciliation by appointment with the school chaplain.

ADORATION  On the first Friday of each month Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is held following the 7:30 Mass and ending at noon.  Parents, students and staff are welcome to join in prayer for the Seton community.

RETREATS Grade-level retreats are required for each of the four years at Seton Catholic Preparatory which are peer-led and offer opportunities for students to grow closer to God.

CHRISTIAN SERVICE

The goal of Seton Catholic Preparatory's service program is that students recognize and demonstrate that serving others is central to our call as Catholic Christians.  This Gospel-rooted service is essential to every student's experience at Seton Catholic Preparatory.  The requirements of the service and the project are different for each class and are detailed in the Project Packet.
