Application Process
In order to apply for financial assistance, all applicants must either be a registered student at Seton Catholic or have begun the application process. Everyone must complete a CEA application before April 15, 2012. You may also apply on-line at www.fairapp.com.
Families wishing to be considered for financial assistance based on need complete the entire FAIR/CEA form (included with the registration materials mailing) and submit the requested documentation and their fee.
The school code for the online application is 700 and the password is cea700. Once you enter the online application the Seton School code is 700. Very few scholarships are awarded to late applicants.
ARIZONA TUITION TAX CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS
Catholic Education Arizona, CEA, (formerly The Catholic Tuition Organization, CTODP) was incorporated to obtain contributions and provide tuition assistance to the students at Seton Catholic High School and around the Diocese. You may apply on-line at www.fairapp.com. The school code for the online application is 700 and the password is cea700.
Arizona School Choice Trust - Similar to CEA, but non-denominational, ASCT provides scholarships to families in need of some assistance. Relatives and friends etc. can recommend funds be designated to a specific child. A parent cannot contribute for the benefit of their own child. Arizona Scholarship Fund - Similar to CEA, but non-denominational, ASF provides scholarships to families in need of some assistance. Relatives and friends etc. can recommend funds be designated to a specific child. A parent cannot contribute for the benefit of their own child. Institute for Better Education - Similar to CEA, but non-denominational, IBE was the second STO existence back in 1998 when this private school tax credit program first began. Relatives and friends etc. can recommend funds be designated to a specific child. A parent cannot contribute for the benefit of their own child. TOPS for Kids - Fund Similar to CEA, but non-denominational, Relatives and friends etc. can recommend funds be designated to a specific child. A parent cannot contribute for the benefit of their own child. Each student must be registered with the fund through an application process. Application and information is available at www.topsforkids.com.
Applicants may also apply for specific scholarships available to Seton Catholic students. In order to be considered for these scholarships, please print and submit the Seton Scholarship Application. To find out more about the scholarships available, click here.
The financial needs of our families exceed our financial aid resources. Therefore, awards generally do not eliminate tuition payments for a family. Families can also earn cash toward their tuition by purchasing scrip. Scrip (gift cards) through our Scrip/Spirit Store.
