Application for Admission

The application consists of:

  • Completed application form, and
  • $75 application fee (non-refundable)

The following items need to be requested from your 8th grade school and sent to Seton Catholic Prep:

  • Copies of the most recent standardized testing scores (ITBS, CAT, etc.)
  • Copy of the last report card at current school.
  • The results of standardized placement exam scores for incoming ninth grade students sent by Educational Testing service. The results of this test are mailed to parents.
  • High school transcripts for students currently in ninth grade and above are required for those students applying to grades ten through twelve.
