Keep in mind that you may
drop off or e-mail an order and pick up an order during any open
office hours.
Since the Scrip Program for Tuition credit began in 2005,
over
$50,000 has been paid out to tuition.
AN EASY WAY FOR YOU TO HELP RAISE FUNDS AND GET TUITION CREDIT THAT
DOESN’T COST YOU ANY EXTRA MONEY!
WHAT IS SCRIP?
Scrip is a paper certificate or card used as a substitute for money
in exchange for goods or services such as clothing, gasoline,
groceries, and entertainment.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
In order for the program to work, you need to purchase scrip from us
before you shop for your everyday household items. Parents’ Club
purchases a particular store’s gift card or certificate at a
discounted price. We then sell the same card or certificate to you
at face value. This gives us and you an immediate profit – without
costing you any extra money.
Tuition credit – Each family will receive 50% of the profit from the
scrip they purchase. For example, if the profit from a certain
vendor is 6%, Seton will receive 3% and your family will receive 3%
as a credit toward your Seton tuition. Percentage profits are listed by vendor on the scrip
purchase form.
Because scrip is like cash and you receive full face value, it is
not tax deductible as a donation.
Scrip is great to give as gifts to friends, relatives, and
employees. A gift card or certificate always fits! Encourage your
family and friends to purchase in your name!
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
It’s easy to participate! It just takes some planning, view the
list
of vendors.

Pick up an order form in the front office or print from
here. Fill it out
and return it to the front office with payment.
We will fill your order in a timely manner. At times, there may be
possible back orders from various vendors. There are no refunds once
your order is placed. We will contact you once your order is
received.
Remember to carry the scrip with you anytime you plan to spend
money.
HOW ARE THE FUNDS USED?
Funds raised by the Parents’ Association are used to provide educational
programs and purchase items needed for the school.
